You must have at least a few years of experience working as a structural technician on buildings design projects, using both Revit and Autocad. RC Detailing experience would also be useful, but not essential. The practice is well established and expanding due to its continually increasing workload. The firm works mainly in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, often bespoke projects involving basement design and multi-storey schemes. Other projects include commercial schemes such as schools, data centres, public sector schemes, vertical extensions, re-cladding work. Projects normally range from -150,000 up to -10m.
