Structural Engineer Location: London, UK Employment Type: Full-time Working Arrangement: Hybrid Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our London-based design consultancy. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of structural engineering projects across the UK and internationally. You will be involved in projects from initial concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction, working closely with senior engineers, architects, contractors and other design professionals. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to broaden their project experience, strengthen their technical skills and progress towards professional qualification. Key Responsibilities Assist with the structural design and delivery of projects from concept through to construction. Undertake structural analysis and design in accordance with relevant UK standards and project requirements. Prepare structural calculations, design reports, specifications and other technical documentation. Develop practical, efficient and economical structural solutions. Assist with the design of structures in materials including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber. Produce and review structural drawings in collaboration with technicians and BIM teams.
