Reporting to our Associate or Principal Engineer, you’ll either head up small to medium Civil and Structural (CandS) projects or play a key role in delivering complex, high-value programmes. You’ll manage specific design packages from concept through to delivery, ensuring every detail meets our high standards for cost, schedule, and quality.What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and delivering design packages that meet cost, schedule, and quality goalsLeading small teams to produce accurate design calculations and drawingsEnsuring designs meet our quality and management systemsAdapting to change and keeping projects on track with input from the Project ManagerWhat We’re Looking For

Extensive experience delivering structural engineering projectsStrong technical skills in structural design methods, codes, and standardsExperience in foundation design, drainage, earthworks, and external infrastructureProven ability to thrive in integrated, multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety requirementsConfident leadership, communication, and presentation abilitiesExperience in nuclear, defence, public sector, highways, or contaminated land projects is beneficialIt’s a Bonus If You Have

Chartered status (CEng MICE or MIStructE)Knowledge of seismic design and ground improvement techniquesWhy Join Us?
