The Opportunity

We are currently working with a leading international engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer looking to work on technically challenging, high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering environment.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, working closely with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop efficient and buildable structural solutions.

The Role
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Delivering structural engineering design across a range of building projects.
Producing structural calculations, reports and technical documentation.
Developing structural schemes from concept through to detailed design.
Working collaboratively with architects, façade engineers and other consultants.
Supporting project delivery, technical coordination and design reviews.
Assisting with site inspections and resolving technical issues where required.
Using industry-standard design software and engineering principles to deliver robust solutions.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Relevant UK structural engineering consultancy experience.
Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
Experience working on building structures and/or façade-related projects.
Competent use of relevant structural design software.
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ideally working towards or holding Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
