The Role

As Senior Structural Engineer, you''ll play an integral role in delivering projects while helping support the continued growth of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports to a high standard
• Working collaboratively with architects, consultants, and clients to develop coordinated design solutions
• Undertaking structural surveys and feasibility assessments
• Providing engineering input during planning and early project development
• Managing client relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout each project
• Ensuring technical accuracy and quality across all deliverables
• Designing a wide range of residential and commercial schemes from concept through to completion
• Taking ownership of projects and making confident engineering decisions

This is a varied role where you''ll have the freedom to influence projects while working as part of a supportive and highly skilled team.

About You

We''re looking for an experienced engineer who can demonstrate:

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
• At least five years'' industry experience
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Tekla
• Experience using Revit, Site3D or Flow would be advantageous but isn''t essential
• Excellent communication, report writing, and IT skills
• The ability to manage your own workload and deliver projects to agreed timescales
• A proactive approach with a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions
