An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Structural Engineer to join a fast-growing, design-led civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Exeter.

The Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in project delivery while supporting the continued growth of the consultancy.
Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with architects, consultants, and clients to develop coordinated design solutions
• Producing high-quality structural designs, drawings, and technical reports
• Carrying out structural surveys, feasibility studies, and planning-stage input
• Managing client relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout projects
• Ensuring high technical standards across all deliverables
• Designing on a range of residential and commercial schemes from concept to completion
• Taking ownership of projects and making confident technical decisions

About You

We’re looking for a capable and motivated Structural Engineer who can demonstrate:

• A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong AutoCAD and Tekla proficiency
• Experience with Revit, Site3D, or Flow (advantageous, not essential)
• Strong communication, IT, and report-writing skills
• The ability to manage workload independently and deliver to deadlines
