The Opportunity
As a Structural Engineer, you’ll be involved in the design and delivery of a varied range of residential and commercial building projects.
Depending on your level of experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work across projects from early concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
• Undertake structural analysis and design across steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber structures.
• Produce structural calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
• Work closely with architects, contractors and other members of the design team.
• Gain exposure to a variety of project types rather than being restricted to one particular sector.
• Take on greater technical and project responsibility as you progress.
• Develop your career within an established consultancy with experienced structural engineers around you.

Who They're Looking For
The consultancy is open to Structural Engineers at all levels, so whether you're a Graduate taking your first step into consultancy or an experienced Senior or Associate Engineer looking for a new challenge, there are opportunities available.
You'll ideally have:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience within a structural engineering consultancy.
• Experience working on residential and/or commercial building projects.
• Knowledge of structural design principles and relevant design standards.
• Experience with structural analysis and design software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in developing within the structural engineering profession.

Chartership or a desire to work towards chartership will be welcomed, depending on experience.
