You''ll work on a diverse range of projects across commercial, retail, leisure, rail and residential, including high-rise and landmark developments. The role is working underneath an Associate Structural Engineer with excellent opportunity to learn and progress in your career.The RoleDesign and check structures in steel, concrete, masonry and timber.Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications and reports.Liaise with clients, architects and other design professionals.Attend site visits, surveys and inspections.Manage projects, programmes and workloads.Supervise and mentor Graduate Engineers and Technicians.Contribute to client relationships and new business opportunities.RequirementsDegree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.Strong structural design experience across a range of projects.Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and relevant design codes.Experience with software such as Tekla Structural Designer, S-Frame, TEDDS, SCIA or CADS.Strong communication and report-writing skills.Experience managing projects and working directly with clients.Ideally working towards or Chartered or ..... full job details .....
