You''ll take on responsibility for your own projects, working closely with senior engineers and partners who remain hands-on in design. Structural Engineer Job Requirements

• 4 + years experience in structural engineering, ideally across a diverse range of projects.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (IStructE/ICE accredited).
• Near Chartered or Chartered status preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with architects, clients, and colleagues.
• Passion for delivering elegant, efficient engineering solutions.
• Be based within the Oxford area
• Preparation of construction drawings and specifications
• Commercial awareness of costing, budgets and quotations
• Report writing
• Site visits to verify construction complies with construction drawings
