Structural Engineer

Attention all Structural Engineers!

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join a structural engineer consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work on a flexible hybrid basis from our client''s London office. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of refurbishment projects with an experienced team.

-Competitive salary ranging from -37,00050,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Design safe, durable structures that meet regulations, using appropriate materials and CAD software for simulations.

-Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure contractor work meets structural standards.

-Prepare reports, drawings, and calculations related to loads, pressures, and stresses.

-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals, and provide technical advice throughout the project.

-Handle planning applications and ensure compliance with building regulations.

What we are looking for:

-Must have extensive experience (4-8 years) as a Structural Engineer.

-Experience working in the refurbishment sector, including basement design.

-Bachelor''s degree in civil or structural Engineering (Master''s preferred).

-Strong communications skills for client facing environments.

-Chartered or working towards chartered status with ICE or IStructE.

-Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g. MIDAS, SAP2000, STAAD, Robot, etc.).
