Our client, an established and growing structural engineering consultancy on the outskirts of Surbiton, is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its close-knit and highly collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with at least 2 years'' experience working on UK residential projects who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive environment that values technical excellence, professional development, and work-life balance.

Joining a small team of engineers and CAD technicians, the successful candidate will work alongside experienced senior engineers on a diverse portfolio of residential developments, with opportunities to gain exposure to commercial projects as the practice continues to expand its offering. This hire comes at an exciting time for the business, providing the chance to make an immediate impact on a range of live projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural design principles and be confident using Tekla Structural Designer and Tedds.
