The successful candidate will be involved in the design and analysis of a variety of structures, including multi-storey frames, steel portal frames and both new-build and refurbishment schemes. Working with steel and reinforced concrete, you will develop practical, safe and cost-effective solutions while preparing structural calculations, technical reports and design documentation. Close collaboration with clients, external consultants and colleagues will be key to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard. You will also participate in design reviews, project meetings and technical discussions, with the opportunity to manage small to medium-sized projects independently, supported by experienced senior engineers.
