We''re working with a busy structural engineering consultancy that is expanding its team in Bembridge. This opportunity would suit an engineer who enjoys hands-on design, understands the demands of live construction projects and wants to work closely with clients and site teams. The workload spans temporary works for reinforced concrete frames, groundworks and data centres, as well as permanent works for residential developments. Projects include schemes on the Isle of Wight, major frame works across the UK and data centres across Europe. You''ll: Develop practical structural designs and produce the drawings and calculations needed to deliver them. Work on temporary works, permanent works or a combination suited to your experience. Liaise with clients, contractors and site teams to resolve design queries. Support local projects and work alongside the lead engineer in Bembridge. Manage your design workload within a fast-moving project environment. What we''re looking for Structural engineering design experience in temporary works, permanent building structures or both. Experience relevant to reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, data centres or residential schemes would be particularly useful.
