Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their technical team with the appointment of an experienced Structural Engineer.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business working on a range of bespoke timber projects, particularly within the commercial and education sectors. The company is especially interested in individuals with experience in CLT, Glulam or other timber systems.As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the structural design and technical development of timber frame and engineered timber projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, project managers and clients to deliver practical, compliant and innovative engineering solutions.As a Structural Engineer, you will:Produce structural calculations and technical designs for timber frame and mass timber projects.Work on a range of commercial, educational and bespoke developments.Collaborate with internal design teams, architects and external consultants throughout project delivery.Ensure designs comply with relevant UK building regulations and Eurocodes.Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients where required.Assist with the development and optimisation of engineering solutions ..... full job details .....
