Structural BIM Technician

to join our dynamic team at our Battersea office.Responsibilities

To carry out structural information modelling and drawing production on projects at all design stages from Concept to Construction within the Structural GroupTo carry out the preparation and development of images and other documents relating to the design as requiredTo contribute to the Practice’s overall objective in producing first-class architecture and engineering on time and on budgetTo liaise with members of the external project teams and other associated organisations or companies as requiredQualifications

Experience working in a structural engineering practice, including design and delivery of structural information on complex projects across all design stagesKnowledge of BIM (in particular, Revit)Ability and demonstrated experience of presenting and producing 2D structural drawing sheets based on design information in a 3D BIM model across all design stagesStrong verbal and graphical communication skillsExperience working on large-scale, complex architectural or engineering projectsKnowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and collaboration techniquesFamiliarity with UK building regulations and industry standardsLocation
