Structural BIM Technician

BIM Technician - Structural / Building BIMWe''re currently looking for an experienced BIM Technician to join a project team supporting the delivery and coordination of detailed design and construction information.The role will involve developing and managing 2D and 3D BIM models, producing high-quality construction drawings, and ensuring models and documentation are accurate, coordinated and compliant with project requirements.Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain 2D and 3D BIM models and technical drawingsUse Bentley MicroStation and OpenBuildings DesignerSupport BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design teamsCarry out model reviews, audits and clash detectionWork in line with BIM standards, BEPs and project information requirementsSupport the management of information within a Common Data Environment (CDE)Assist with resolving technical and coordination issuesEnsure project deliverables meet required quality, accuracy and programme standardsAbout you:HNC/HND in Engineering, Design or a related disciplineStrong experience with 3D modelling and BIMProficient in MicroStation and OpenBuildings DesignerUnderstanding of BIM coordination, clash detection and model standardsGood attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEden Brown is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
