Structural and Civil CAD/Revit Technician

OverviewWe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CAD/Revit Technician to join our successful firm of Chartered Consulting Engineers to deal with an increase in workload and assist in the further development and growth of the teams.
Responsibilities
Production of detailed structural/civil drawings and information using AutoCAD and REVIT
Ensuring that the Company drawing standards are complied with and maintained
Co-ordination of the production and issue of drawings to meet client deadlines
Ensuring thorough checking and accuracy of your own work
Liaising with members of the structural and civil engineering teams
Site visits/surveys where required to enable the production of drawings
Qualifications
Candidates with RC detailing experience would be an advantage, although not essential.
Eligible to live and work in the UK
Ideally at least 3 years previous UK-based consultancy experience working as a CAD/Revit technician in the structural/civil engineering field
Competency in the use of AutoCAD (REVIT – working knowledge)
Numeracy and computer skills
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Time and management skills
Attention to detail
To liaise with architects and/or other members of the design team
Communication and presentation skills
Clean driving licence
