• -15.4118.12 per hour, depending on skills and experience

As a Strip Fitter / MET Technician, you''ll play a key role in the repair process, ensuring vehicles are stripped, repaired and rebuilt to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Stripping and refitting vehicle components safely and efficiently

• Removing and refitting trims, bumpers, lights, panels and mechanical components

• Preparing vehicles for the paint process

• Identifying damaged components requiring repair or replacement

• Working closely with Paint, Panel and Quality Control teams

• Maintaining exceptional standards while working efficiently to agreed timescales

We''re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Strip Fitter, MET Technician, Vehicle Trimmer or Bodyshop Technician

• Experience within an accident repair centre, bodyshop or vehicle preparation centre

• Skilled or semi-skilled technicians are encouraged to apply

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

• A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
