This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, well-equipped workshop that takes pride in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Strip and refit vehicles to the highest standards following accident repair. Ensure all parts are removed, labelled, and stored safely for reassembly. Carry out all work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed within deadlines. Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician in a busy bodyshop environment. ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential. Strong technical and mechanical knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
