Strip Fitter

kolt recruitment are looking for a strip fitter to join a busy accident repair centre based in high wycombe. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strip fitter to join a well-established bodyshop, working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of vehicles, ensuring repairs are carried out to the highest standards.
key responsibilities:

• strip and refit vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines-
• remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components-
• identify any additional damage during strip down and report accordingly-
• ensure all parts are stored safely and correctly labelled-
• refit vehicles to a high standard, ensuring correct alignment and finish-
• work closely with the workshop team to maintain efficient workflow-

requirements:

• previous experience as a strip fitter within an accident repair centre-
• strong knowledge of vehicle components and repair processes-
• good attention to detail and quality of work-
• ability to work both independently and as part of a team-
• full uk driving licence preferred-
