      <description>Location: Tonbridge | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | kolt recruitment are looking for a strip fitter to join a well-established accident repair centre in tonbridge. this is a full-time, permanent position within a busy and professional bodyshop, offering long-term stability and consistent work.  key responsibilities     stripping vehicles prior to repair   removing and refitting panels, trim and components   identifying additional damage and reporting to the workshop controller or vda   ensuring parts are stored, labelled and refitted correctly   working closely with panel and paint teams to meet repair deadlines   maintaining a clean and safe working environment    requirements     previous experience as a strip fitter or met technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop   good knowledge of vehicle components and repair processes   ability to follow manufacturer repair methods   strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship   ability to work independently and as part of a team    kolt recruitment are specialists in automotive recruitment and connect skilled professionals with leading employers across the motor trade.</description>
