Streetworks Supervisor

Job Summary A Streetworks Supervisor is urgently needed to join a project in Norfolk. This temporary role offers an immediate start with the potential for extension. This project is initially set for 6 months with the possibility of continuation thereafter. Responsibilites Oversee all on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and best practices on the site. Liaise with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any issues. Plan and schedule work activities, set targets, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work is compliant with specifications. Manage site documentation, including permits, risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports. Resolve any on-site problems or conflicts that may arise during construction. Maintain accurate records of site activities, resources, and personnel. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
