Key Responsibilities Programming & Scheduling Process works orders and enquiries. Apply for permits and update job records. Schedule works through Confirm and Ops Board. Manage maintenance tickets to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate job records. Street Works Permits Submit permit applications within required notice periods. Ensure permit details, traffic management and conditions are correct. Manage permit approvals, modifications and extensions. Submit works start and stop notices on time.
