Do you want to play a key role in reducing reoffending by giving adult learners the practical skills, qualifications, and confidence needed to secure employment in the civil engineering and construction sectors upon release?We are recruiting for a practical, dedicated Streetworks / Groundworks Tutor to join the education and vocational training team on-site at HMP Highpoint. In this highly practical role, you will deliver training and qualifications up to Level 2 to small groups of prison-based learners, developing their technical skills, safety awareness, and workplace behaviours to help them reach their full potential. What You Will Be DoingVocational Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Streetworks and Groundworks courses up to Level 2, blending practical site-style training with classroom theory.Individual Training Plans: Ensure tailored training plans are established for every learner, providing ongoing advice, guidance, and constructive feedback throughout their qualification.Workplace Standards: Instill key industry standards, including health and safety, site discipline, teamwork, and tool maintenance within a secure learning environment.Progress ..... full job details .....
