Streetworks Coordinator

FJA are currently recruiting for an experienced Streetworks Coordinator on behalf our client in the Greater Manchester area. Responsible for the raising and closing of all notices required to work on site for all Multi Utility Projects. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, Project Managers and Supervisors ensuring delivery and achievement of outcomes in accordance with the requirements, standards and targets set out by the client. You will work collaboratively with the client, internal staff, operatives, sub-contractors, and other professionals to support this process. Responsible for ensuring permits are live in line with the programme, extended where required and closed out when work is complete. Provide an excellent customer service ensuring all customers are always kept fully up to date, warning them of potential issues/delays in a timely manner. Deal with enquires and complaints immediately, updating all parties involved as and when required.
