Our client, a prominent authority in the local government sector, is currently seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing streetworks activities within the borough
- Ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations and standards
- Monitoring streetworks operations to minimise disruption to the public
- Liaising with contractors, utility companies, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of streetworks activities
- Providing timely updates and reports on project progress
- Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during streetworks
- Contributing to the development and implementation of streetworks policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of NRSWA regulations and requirements
- Experience coordinating streetworks activities in an urban environment
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
