The successful candidates will help maintain a clean and tidy Borough through high-quality grounds maintenance, street cleansing, open space maintenance, and waste collection service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Deliver effective street cleansing, grounds maintenance, and waste collection services. Maintain public spaces, foreshores, and town centre areas to a high standard. Protect, enhance, and promote access to community environmental spaces. Support the continuous improvement of frontline services through efficient working practices and excellent customer service. Liaise with council staff, public bodies, and members of the local community when required. Identify and report hazards or environmental issues outside of your direct responsibilities to your line manager. Work effectively as part of a team committed to improving the local environment. Essential Skills and Experience: Ability to work well within a team environment. Good awareness of health and safety responsibilities. Strong communication and customer service skills.
