Street Works Lead Location: Belfast Salary: £33,000 per annum plus annual bonus Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week) Apple Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Street Works Lead on behalf of our valued client. Due to continued growth and investment in their operations, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Street Works professional to join a well-established organisation in a leadership capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong street works coordination experience, a thorough understanding of Northern Ireland legislation, and previous team leadership experience to play a key role within a busy operational environment. The Role As Street Works Lead, you will take responsibility for coordinating and managing all aspects of street works activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice and operational requirements. You will oversee street works notices, permit applications, stakeholder engagement and team performance, while acting as a key point of contact between the organisation, the Department for Infrastructure and other external stakeholders. This role combines technical knowledge, team leadership, operational coordination and stakeholder management, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
