Street Works Coordinator

Our client, a prominent highway authority, is currently seeking a Street Works Coordinator to join their team in London on a permanent basis. This role involves coordinating and arranging street works on the road network to ensure efficient and compliant operations.Key Responsibilities:Planning and organising street works to minimise disruption and ensure compliance with relevant regulationsLiaising with contractors and utility companies to coordinate worksMonitoring and inspecting street works to ensure they meet required standardsMaintaining accurate records of ongoing and completed worksProviding updates and reports to management and stakeholdersResponding to public enquiries and resolving any issues arising from street worksEnsuring all street works are carried out safely and efficientlyCollaborating with internal teams to support the overall objectives of the highways departmentJob Requirements:Experience in coordinating and managing street worksGood understanding of street works regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to liaise effectively with contractors, utility companies, and the publicStrong record-keeping and reporting abilitiesUnderstanding of health and safety standards related to street worksCapability to work both independently and as part of a teamRelevant qualifications or certifications in street works coordinationBenefits:Permanent position with a reputable highways authorityOpportunity to make a ..... full job details .....
