Street Works Coordinator required for a specialist electrical company focused on designing and building sustainable infrastructure, based in Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for submitting and managing street works permits with local councils, coordinating traffic management plans such as road closures and parking suspensions, and ensuring that all legal and safety requirements are met. The role involves working closely with traffic management companies, local authorities, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on track and maintain a positive customer experience.
Street Works Coordinator Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years'' experience in street works coordination or similar role.
* Experience managing street works permits and understanding NRSWA regulations.
* Able to use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good planning, organisation, and diary management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Knowledge of the electrical utilities industry is desirable.
Street Works Coordinator Salary & Benefits
* -28,000 - -35,000 per year
