The role is an initial 6 month contract and is paying between £30-35ph (inside IR35). The main duties of the experienced Street Scene Manager are: Manage the day-to-day delivery of Street Scene services, including street cleansing and grounds maintenance, ensuring service standards and SLAs are achieved. Supervise and coordinate frontline operational teams, setting performance expectations, monitoring productivity, and addressing performance issues. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop staff while managing attendance, performance, and employee wellbeing.
