Experienced and professional Street Cleansing Operative required to work with a leading and highly reputable organisation.My client requires an experienced Street Cleansing Operative to join their award-winning environmental services division on an ongoing temporary contract. Please see below details.Location: BrownhillsPay: 17.23 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)Hours: Up to 37 Hours (Monday to Friday, 4 days per week with 1 rest day)Start Date: ASAPDuration: 3 months (with potential to extend)Street Cleansing OperativeCarry out street cleansing duties including litter picking and sweepingRemove fly tipping and bulky waste from public areasComplete graffiti removal and street weed controlUndertake vegetation control to maintain public spacesCarry out play area inspections and report maintenance issuesOperate mechanical sweeping equipment where requiredSupport domestic waste and recycling collections when requiredWork safely and efficiently whilst delivering a high standard of environmental servicesRequirementsMust hold a valid CPC qualificationMust hold a valid Class 1 HGV LicenceMust hold a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty pointsMust have experience within street cleansing, environmental or grounds maintenance servicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong knowledge of Health and Safety practicesExcellent communication and customer service skillsBenefitsAd hoc shifts ..... full job details .....
