Street Cleansing OperativeLocation: EX10 9TEPay Rate: 13.69 per hour PAYE Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 3:30pmAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Street Cleansing Operative to help keep local streets, parks and public areas clean and well maintained.This is a physical outdoor role working in all weather conditions. Duties will include litter picking, emptying bins, sweeping public areas and helping to maintain a clean environment for residents and visitors.ResponsibilitiesLitter picking in public areasEmptying litter and dog waste binsSweeping streets, paths and public spacesReporting fly tipping, vandalism and health and safety issuesHelping to keep parks, beaches and public facilities cleanUsing basic equipment safely and correctlyWorking as part of a team to maintain cleanliness standardsRequirementsReliable and hardworkingComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsGood timekeeping and attendanceAble to carry out physical workFull UK Driving Licence preferred but not essentialPrevious grounds maintenance, cleaning, waste or environmental services experience would be beneficialIf you''re interested, please apply to this ad and Kim will be in touch.
