About the Role
A Street Cleaner role is available in Niddrie, EH16 5UF, paying £14.27 to £15.99 per hour. This full-time, temporary contract offers immediate starts and includes all necessary PPE and training. You will work either Monday to Friday, 07:00-14:57, or a four-days-on, four-days-off pattern from 06:00-17:02 with an unpaid 45-minute break. The position involves sweeping streets, removing weeds, emptying public bins, and collecting litter across the local area. This is a physically demanding job requiring extensive walking, lifting, and bending outdoors in all weather conditions. Shift allowance may apply, and permanent positions are possible for strong performers. Prior experience is helpful but not essential.
