About the FCA.We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team. We are an independent regulator for financial services and markets who ensure consumers are treated fairly and financial markets operate with integrity. You will be joining the team coordinating the delivery of our client’s 5-year strategy.What will you be doing?
Ensure that best practices, governance and strategic alignment are upheld across a portfolio of projects and business initiatives, providing insightful MI and analysis, empowering decision-makersYou will be involved in transforming the organisation into a data-led regulator, supporting strategically important initiatives across financial servicesProvide timely, value-add reporting to senior stakeholders and managing key internal relationshipsPerform secretariat function for senior committees, coordinating and assuring board pack materials and taking meeting minutesCapturing cross strategy dependencies, risks, issues and assumptionsEnhance continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to contribute to the client’s strategyWhat will you get from the role?

Prior experience as a PMO either on large/complex projects or programmes, or at the portfolio levelPrior experience with PMO governance, tools, and processes, and able to sell the benefits and promote best practicePrior experience engaging with stakeholders internally and externallyEssential
Highly motivated, able to work with minimal direction and taking full ownership for deliverablesStrong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and summarise complex information into executive language and reportingExperience as a secretariat of senior project/programme/portfolio level forums. Ability to produce high quality packs and minutesExperience in managing large, complex projects, programmes or portfolio budgetsAbility to build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders and project team membersPMO certification e.g. P3O, MoP, PRINCE2 is beneficialOur Values and Diversity
