Strategy Manager This is a hybrid working opportunity, two days a week will be required in our Manchester office. Role Overview The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the Retail business and supporting the development of a high-performing strategy function. Working across growth, performance and transformation priorities, the role will provide strategic insight, rigorous analysis and practical recommendations that enable better decision-making at senior leadership level. As an early member of the team, the Strategy Manager will help establish the Strategy function as a trusted partner, delivering measurable business impact while exploring the application of AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver strategic projects focused on the Retail business''s most important growth, performance and transformation opportunities. Support the development and execution of the Retail strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Conduct market, competitor, customer and business performance analysis to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement. Develop insight-led, commercially focused recommendations to support executive and senior leadership decision-making. Produce high-quality presentations, reports and business cases for a range of senior stakeholders.
