Strategy and Operations Programme Manager

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Duration: 11 Months (Start: 1st Jan 2026)The Role We are looking for a strategic problem-solver to drive operational excellence and manage complex initiatives for a leading global organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and execution, partnering with leadership to define goals, streamline processes, and deliver data-driven insights.To succeed in this role, you should bring ideally 10-12 years of experience (minimum 6 years) with a strong foundation in end-to-end Program Management.A background in Strategy/Management Consulting combined with experience in major US Tech companies is highly preferred to ensure a quick operational ramp-up.We prioritize analytical depth; you must excel in Data, Analytics, and Modeling, with a strong preference for Google Suite proficiency (Sheets, Docs, Slides) over MS Office.
