On offer is a pivotal, permanent position within a well-established manufacturer supplying specialist, highly engineered products, where you will own sourcing strategy across business units and work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen supply continuity and supplier performance. The company are entering an exciting period of growth, with significant investment and a plan to double revenue over the next 3-5 years. As a result, they are now looking to add an experienced sourcing professional to take ownership of supplier strategy, development and resilience across a global supply base. In this role you will develop sourcing roadmaps, maintain and improve the Approved Supplier List, onboard and audit suppliers, lead capability assessments, and negotiate robust supplier agreements.
