Strategic Sourcer

Overview:We are looking for a German-speaking Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. You will drive candidate attraction, build active talent pipelines, and collaborate directly with recruiters and hiring managers to support fast-paced hiring needs.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social channels, Boolean search, and databases to build diverse candidate pipelines.Stakeholder and Candidate Engagement: Partner with hiring teams to understand role profiles and maintain seamless communication with candidates.Data and ATS Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, track sourcing metrics, and evaluate trends to optimize recruitment efficiency.Requirements: Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken) OR Experience in DACH Market.Experience: Background in talent sourcing/recruitment OR fast-paced Customer Service / Sales.Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS platforms, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment tools.Location: Ability to attend initial in-person training sessions in Newcastle upon Tyne.Randstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
