Strategic Relationships Lead

The Role We are looking for a Grants Manager to join the Law Society to lead the delivery and development of our grant funding activity. Working across the full grant lifecycle, you will oversee funding programmes from screening, application and assessment through to monitoring, reporting and evaluation. You will ensure grants are administered effectively, in line with agreed governance arrangements, organisational policies and strategic objectives. The role also involves stakeholder management with funded organisations and internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making groups and committees, monitoring performance and risk, and ensuring accurate reporting on outcomes and impact. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of grant management processes, evaluation frameworks and reporting approaches, helping to maximise the value and effectiveness of our funding activities.
