Strategic Relationships and Events Manager

This position involves reaching out to businesses both locally and further afield. Understanding the needs of these businesses and building fundraising events around this. We are looking for a person passionate about the rights of children and eager to share this passion with others. The successful applicant will need to be working from the Edukid office in Devon most days and be able to travel the country to see clients when there is a need. You will also be able to take clients to our overseas programmes to share the needs and inspire involvement. Contract type: Permanent, part-time - 24 hrs per week with flexible working considered Salary: £28,392 pro rata Job purpose To secure and grow corporate and major donor support for our overseas projects, and to nurture these relationships. You will be working closely with the CEO to develop new opportunities for support, and deliver events throughout the year that will create long-term giving and engagement.
