This is a unique opportunity to shape the future management of the council''s property portfolio while delivering best value for residents and communities. About the RoleWorking within the Strategic Property and Investment team, you will take ownership of a dedicated property disposal project involving residential properties attached to schools and parks across the borough. You will assess opportunities for disposal, develop a future-proof disposal process, and work closely with internal stakeholders, legal teams and external consultants to deliver successful outcomes.The project initially involves approximately 11 residential properties, with the potential to expand to around 20 sites.
