Strategic Property and Sustainability ManagerLocation: Stoke-On-Trent - HybridDay Rate: Negotiable depending on experienceFull-time hours - Monday - Friday - The client would consider 4 daysAbout the RoleSellick Partnership Ltd are are assisting a housing association who are looking for an experienced Strategic Property and Sustainability Manager to lead the delivery of the Group''s strategic approach to property and asset management, supporting the objectives of our Asset Management Strategy.This is a key management role with responsibility for ensuring our property portfolio is effectively managed, financially sustainable, compliant and aligned with the Group''s wider strategic objectives.You will lead on strategic property projects, asset management initiatives, sustainability activity and portfolio decisions, while providing expert advice to senior leaders and building strong relationships with customers, partners, regulators and funding organisations.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Strategic Property and Sustainability Manager, you will:Lead and deliver strategic property and asset management projects using industry best practice.Manage leasehold and shared ownership matters, including customer enquiries, staircasing, Right to Acquire sales and extra care buy-backs.Lead processes relating to the acquisition, disposal and rationalisation of the Group''s property portfolio.Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers, members and colleagues on strategic property and asset ..... full job details .....
