Strategic Property and Accommodation Lead

We are currently working with a Local Authority in the South West who are looking for a Strategic Property and Accommodation Lead to join their Asset Management and Property Services team.Reporting to the Strategic Estate Manager, this role delivers the Council''s strategic approach to estate planning, space and accommodation strategy, and development of service estate plans aligned to service strategies, the Corporate Strategy, and the Asset Management Strategy.
