This role heads up the procurement function, manages a team of four, with the mission to develop and embed a high-performing contract management culture. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Finance & Treasury, you will take overall ownership of the procurement and insurance strategies  for the organisation. You will guide the organisation through the evolving public sector landscape, ensuring value for money, compliance with the Procurement Regulations 2024, and seamless execution across all spend thresholds. This role is based out of the HQ at Chatham, Kent with some options for home working. Salary  circa £70-75,000  plus excellent benefits package that includes generous holiday allowance.
