Location: LondonSalary: Market RateSalary band: Dependent upon experienceContract type: PermanentA leading global law firm seeks a Pitch Manager to oversee the end-to-end pitch process, ensuring high-quality, client-focused panel pitches. The role involves driving pitching infrastructure, systems, and behaviours and embedding pitching automation tools across the firm.Responsibilities:Owns and continuously improves the firm’s end-to-end best practice panel pitch process, including strategy development, client research, and tailored win themes.Leads the creation and delivery of high-quality, client-focused pitch documents and presentations, ensuring persuasive messaging and client-centric content.Drives the adoption and integration of pitching systems and tools (e.g., QorusDocs, Foundation, Pitch Hub), maintaining up-to-date, aligned content across platforms.Manages the full pitch lifecycle, including scoping opportunities, engaging key stakeholders, project managing responses, and ensuring timely delivery.Coaches and trains pitch teams and BD staff, delivering rehearsals, feedback, and best practice guidance while ensuring diversity and consistency.Tracks opportunities, records outcomes, conducts debriefs, and shares insights to enhance future performance and align with market best practice.The Candidate:Experience within a similar role at the management level.A persuasive communicator and skilled writer, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling, client-focused messaging.Experienced in leading complex, high-value pitches within a professional services environment.This job is active and accepting ..... full job details .....
