You''ll have the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, influence key stakeholders and play an important role in helping the organisation scale.What You''ll Be DoingManaging relationships with external partners and service providers.Supporting the assessment, selection and onboarding of new partnerships.Developing governance frameworks, service standards and performance measures.Establishing KPIs, reporting and management information to monitor performance.Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational requirements.Driving service improvement initiatives and helping resolve performance issues.Supporting contract reviews, renewals and commercial discussions.Coordinating due diligence activities and ensuring appropriate governance processes are followed.Helping build scalable processes that can ..... full job details .....
