The Strategic Market Lead plays a critical role in supporting the growth strategy of the organisation by identifying, evaluating, and developing opportunities in new and existing manufacturing markets. The role focuses on translating market insights into structured growth initiatives, ensuring the business can effectively enter and scale in priority sectors Working across commercial, technical, and operational teams, the Strategic Market Lead ensures that market opportunities are rigorously assessed, value propositions are clearly defined, and go-to-market strategies are aligned with the company''s capabilities in materials supply, processing, and supply chain solutions. This role supports the organisation''s ambition to expand into new manufacturing segments by building a repeatable process for market entry and proposition development, aligning closely with the company''s strategic priorities around solutions, digitalization, and sustainable growth.
