This role reflects our commitment to prevention; working earlier with families and communities and strengthening support before crisis takes hold. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of an ambitious and respected charity while influencing systems, partnerships and services across the South West and West Midlands. The role is based on the responsibilities outlined in CCP''s Strategic Lead Families, Communities and Wellbeing portfolio.
