Strategic Lead Corporate Transformation

JOB PURPOSE: Support the Assistant Director to develop and implement the Council''s overall transformation programme, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and national best practice to deliver for residents. Provide strategic direction and oversight to a portfolio of transformation projects and programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Champion and embed effective change management methodologies and practices across the Council to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of transformation outcomes and a culture of innovation. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of transformation professionals, including Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Change Managers supporting them to deliver as part of multi-disciplinary teams with colleagues across the council.
